Training (non specialty) J-1 Exchange Visitor Program is a management training system specially designed for the rising professional who wants to learn American management systems with emphasis on hospitality management such as hotel / resort and restaurant management.  Your employment will allow you to experience many phases of management and learn from professionals in their industry while at the same time you will have the opportunity to meet new friends and see parts of the United States.  This is truly a wonderful learning experience that can build your resume (CV), develop your skill sets, and enhance your career.  Learning is the Key here but FUN is the benefit here.

Training (non specialty) J-1 Visa Program Requirements:
  1.  You must be proficient in English and capable of reading, writing, and, speaking the English language by demonstration. 
  2.  You must be between the ages of 18-35, be of good moral character with no criminal background, pass a personal interview test, and have sufficient financial support to be a candidate for our program.
  3.  You must be a dedicated professional willing to learn all areas of management development, follow a designated training plan, and show a desire and a commitment to complete the program at a satisfactory level.
